November MPP - Another one Finished

Well between Thanksgiving and all the craziness leading up to it. I have finished all my cards.  I have so much fun making them...all though sometimes it is hard to get my creative juices flowing...then I wake up in the middle of the night and have an idea!  I used the Dark Tulip Stamp Set 327 from SparkleNSprinkle.  Wander on over to their website they are having some great sales!

November Challenge

I have been busy working on finishing my November Design Team submissions.  My problem is that I keep changing them!  I am done with that and just need to type up the instructions!

I love embossing through my cuttlebug and then sprinkling sparkly embossing powder over  what I am working on.  My favorite is: EP 107 - Sparkle!  I decided to incorporate embossing into the design challenge as well as using some of the new wonderful velvet glitter - which is just amazing.  I used Stamp Set 385 - Merry Crows.  I love this set because it is so whimsical!   All these wonderful goodies can be found at SparkleNSprinkle.

Another Successful SparkleNSprinkle Blog Hop is over!

Well a successful blog hop is over.  I survived my first blog hop! Learned a few things...especially about spam filters! Christmas Tags

I thought I would start getting in the Christmas spirit of gift giving early by making Christmas tags.  Why should I buy them when I have all the wonderful glitters and a great stamp set from SparkleNSprinkle???? I used the set for my design team submission for October.  So my creative juices were flowing and I made a set of tags three tags with stamped images and three tags making rosettes and snowflakes behind the rosettes with glitter and brushable glue from SparkleNSprinkle http://www.sparklensprinkle.com.  Wander over to their website and look at their fabulous stamps, glitter and other goodies!

Finally Done with October Design Team Submission

Hurray! I finished my October Design Team submission for Sparkle N Sprinkle! I just have to clean up a few little flaws I see, take good pictures, wrap it up and mail it!!! It was so much creating it!

So here it is...just have to make a few little tweaks but I am overall happy with how it turned out!

Heart Failure!!!

Can you say heart failure????  I was putting the finishing touches on my October Design Team submission for Sparkle n Sprinkle http://sparklensprinkle.com and a Diet Pepsi tipped over and almost did it in!! urghhh!!! Will I ever learn? Fortunately, my quick hands saved the day!!! I think I would have cried hysterically if anything had happened!

Design Team Teaser

Well I am back to the land of living.  I started out with bronchitis and then it went from bad to worse...pneumonia!  I am now coherent and have a little creativity in me!  I am hard at work on a design for Sparkle and Sprinkle.  Check out their website http://sparklensprinkle.com but hang on to your wallet if you do and don't blame me for being an ENABLER! lol!

Friday Night!!

Friday night and my typical night in my craft room.  I was on Skype as I am most nights talking to my BFF in Florida!  We usually while we are Skyping are working on some papercraft item or plotting on how to spend more money on glitter, embossing powders, or paper!  I am surprised we are not in the poor house!!!!!  But as always she was helpful as my brain had lost all creativity and she gave me good suggestions.  I have now got to spend the rest of the weekend and next week in my sewing room so that I can finish a very special quilt for my father's 80th birthday!

Quilting Time

Today, I have been in my Paper Crafting room all day playing with paper, glitter, embossing powder and cutting and creating away.  I find it so relaxing and cheaper than therapy!! Well now I have to get off the stick and finish a quilt by next Wednesday...stay tuned for pictures!

My Craft Room

This is a picture of one part my Craft Room where all the creativity happens!  I just cleaned it up but one project later and it is no longer neat..between working on a layout, cards, and trying to print photo's for a memory quilt!

Scrapping with Glitter and Embossing Powder!!!!

Today, I was feeling crafty so I decided to work on a layout of a scrapbook page that I plan on submitting as a candidate for a design team.  I am still playing with the page and working on the second page..but overall I am please with the first page..will tweak it a little tomorrow!

Update:  I decided to make this a two page layout and play with more glitter and embossing powder that I bought at Sparkle N Sprinkles...I know have glitter in my hair, eyebrows, on my face and all over my craft room...but what would life be without great glitter and some fabulous embossing powder??
